You can get to Giorgios Grill either by land or sea; Giorgios Grill is located right on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hollywood, Florida with over 950 feet of dock space. Giorgios Grill seats 400 in the newly renovated building, which is now renamed the Mediterranean Village in Hollywood. Giorgios Mediterranean Village is co-owned by Giorgios Bakatsias, a native of Greece who started many successful restaurants in North Carolina, and Peter Tsliamiamanis of Boca Raton.
Giorgios Grill delivers the full Mediterranean eating experience to South Floridians featuring Mediterranean style dishes from Greece, Italy, Spain, and Israel. The restaurant’s décor is rustic and simple. Upon entering you will first notice the beautiful Mediterranean tile floors, stone pillars, French doors, an open kitchen, the beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and old photographs of the city.
